ConnectedDevicesPlatform
The Windows component and per-user folder that hosts ActivitiesCache.db, with one subfolder per account: L.<username> for local accounts.
The Connected Devices Platform is the Windows service layer behind cross-device features such as Timeline. On disk, it gives each user a folder at %LOCALAPPDATA%\ConnectedDevicesPlatform\, containing one subfolder per account: L.<username> for a local account, and an identifier for Microsoft or work and school accounts. Each subfolder holds its own ActivitiesCache.db.
Collect the whole folder: a single Windows user can have several account subfolders, for example after switching from a local to a Microsoft account (kacos2000). See ActivitiesCache.db location and acquisition.
